1. This is a 6 week challenge where the goal is to lose 20 pounds or 5% percent body fat.
2. Workouts will be completed at 3DFitness Transformation Center Ambler or Trevose.
3. Only 25 applicants will be accepted from each location.
* Only 25 applicants for each location will be accepted on a first apply first approved basis. All applications submitted after the 25 have been selected will not be accepted.
We suggest working out 5 days per week for maximum results. However, we also have a home workout if for some reason you can't make it to th gym all 5 days.
No. You get 6 weeks of workouts at our gym with the program, but at a bear minimum you may want to have some dumbells, a swiss ball and a jump rope for home in case you miss a gym wokout and need to make it up.

No. We are supplement minimalists. We only use a protein supplement for convenience purposes and we also use an omega 3 supplement.
